The Godfather. A crime family gets away with mass murder.
Agreed - I love that movie.
But I also love The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, The Magnificent Seven and High Plains Drifter.
Not a huge fan of either; though both are watchable. I did think the view of Omaha Beach with the landing craft, barrage balloons, ships & men in the background was terrific.
1. Inglorious Basterds
2. Legend of the Fall
3. Fight Club
kinda a mediocre movie in places, but it is worth it for the sets alone.
the sets were based on H.R. Giger's work, the same artist they based the xenomorphs for the alien franchise on.
I think he's hilarious. His height definitely plays a part in it.
If you audition in California, that means the production company, studio, or network is in California. Oftentimes they use sets that only look like other places. If they wanna shoot in New York, for example, they will use talent agents from New York to send actors, not California. Which means your scenario...
Kathy bates in misery
Micheal Douglas in falling down
Agatha trunchbull in Matilda
Mark Wahlberg in fear
Ray liotta in turbulance
Jennifer tilly in hide and seek
Basically, they nominated for politics.
It was a big movie politically, but not that great a film. It was decent and enjoyable, but not oscar worthy.
